Pay however you like!

Payment processing is secure and encrypted via Shopify Payments and PayPal, or you can make a direct bank transfer in advance to our account.

You can easily and securely pay for your upride® and accessories using the following payment methods:

PayPal

Once you've completed your order, you'll be automatically redirected to the PayPal website to finalize your payment. The amount will be charged directly to your PayPal account.

Credit Card

Pay with VISA or MasterCard during the checkout process. When you place an order, the amount is initially only reserved on your credit card. This reservation may appear as a charge on your credit card statement, but it is not an actual charge. The amount will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Shop Pay

Shop Pay is Shopify’s in-house express checkout. Once you’ve saved your information, you can complete future orders with a single click—your shipping and payment information is securely stored and automatically filled in for each new order. Shop Pay is ideal if you shop with us regularly.

Apple Pay

With Apple Pay, you can pay quickly and contactlessly directly through your Apple device—whether it’s an iPhone, iPad, or Mac. The payment is confirmed via Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode. Your card details are never shared with us; instead, they’re replaced with a one-time transaction number. Apple Pay is available if you’re using Safari on an Apple device and have a card saved in your Wallet.

Google Pay

With Google Pay, you can pay conveniently using your Android device or in Chrome. Your saved credit or debit card is processed securely without requiring manual entry. Google Pay is available if you’re using Chrome on an Android device or desktop and have a card saved in your Google account.

Klarna - Buy Now, Pay Later

With Klarna Invoice, you buy now and pay 30 days after your order ships. You’ll receive the invoice via email directly from Klarna. Klarna automatically performs a credit check at checkout.

Klarna - Installment Payments

With Klarna Installment Payments, you can split your purchase into convenient monthly installments. The exact terms, such as the term and interest rates, are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm the payment. Klarna handles the processing, and you can contact Klarna directly with any questions about installment payments.

Klarna – Instant Bank Transfer

Klarna Instant is a direct online bank transfer process. At checkout, you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you’ll log in with your online banking credentials and authorize the transfer directly. The payment is confirmed immediately, and your order is processed right away.

Company Bike Leasing

Your employer leases your bike through one of our leasing providers. In return, a monthly installment is deducted from your gross salary. Prepayment

After you’ve completed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation. This email includes the exact invoice amount, our bank details, and the payment reference for the transfer. As soon as we’ve received your payment, we’ll ship your items.

What should I do if I’ve received a payment reminder?

Quickly check whether the payment has already been transferred to us, and then transfer the outstanding amount listed on the reminder as instructed. The process is complete once we receive the payment. If you’ve already made the transfer, please send us proof of payment via our contact form so we can finalize the transaction on our end.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

The email confirming the shipment of your order contains a link to your invoice. You can easily download your invoice using this link.
If you’re a guest customer or need an older invoice, simply contact us via our contact form or by phone, and we’ll be happy to send you the invoice you need.
