Payment.
Pay however you like!
Payment processing is secure and encrypted via Shopify Payments and PayPal, or you can make a direct bank transfer in advance to our account.
You can easily and securely pay for your upride® and accessories using the following payment methods:
PayPal
After completing your order, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page to finalize your payment. Your PayPal account will be debited directly.
Credit Card
Pay with VISA or Mastercard during the ordering process. When placing an order, the amount on your credit card is initially only reserved. This reservation may appear as a charge on your credit card statement, but it is not an actual debit. The amount will only be debited once your order has been shipped.
Shop Pay
Shop Pay is Shopify's proprietary accelerated checkout. Once you've saved your details, you can complete future orders with a single click — your shipping and payment information will be securely stored and automatically pre-filled for each new order. Shop Pay is ideal if you shop with us regularly.
Apple Pay
With Apple Pay, you can pay quickly and contactless directly via your Apple device — whether iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Payment is confirmed via Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode. Your card details are never shared with us, but are replaced by a unique transaction number. Apple Pay is available if you use Safari on an Apple device and have a card stored in your Wallet.
Google Pay
With Google Pay, you can pay conveniently with your Android device or in Chrome. Your saved credit or debit card is processed securely and without manual entry. Google Pay is available if you use Chrome on an Android device or desktop and have a card stored in your Google account.
Klarna - Invoice Purchase
With Klarna Invoice, you buy now and pay only 30 days after your order has been shipped. You will receive the invoice directly from Klarna via email. The credit check is performed automatically by Klarna at checkout.
Klarna - Installment Payment
With Klarna installment payment, you divide your purchase into convenient monthly installments. The exact conditions, such as term and interest, will be transparently displayed at checkout before you confirm the payment. Klarna handles the processing; you will have direct contact with Klarna for all questions regarding installment payment.
Klarna - Instant Transfer
Klarna Sofort is a direct online transfer method. At checkout, you will be redirected to a secure interface where you log in with your online banking credentials and directly authorize the transfer. Payment is confirmed immediately, and your order is processed without delay.
Company Bike Leasing
Your employer leases your bicycle through one of our leasing providers. In return, a monthly rate is deducted from your gross salary. With company bike leasing, you save money compared to a direct purchase. Thanks to the advantageous taxation, this can be up to 40%.

Prepayment
After you have completed your order, you will first receive an order confirmation. We will then send you a separate email with the exact invoice amount, our bank details, and the purpose of the transfer. As soon as your payment has been received, we will ship your items.

Other
What do I do if I have received a payment reminder?
Please check briefly whether the payment has not yet been transferred to us and transfer the outstanding amount specified in the reminder as indicated. The process is completed upon receipt of payment. If you have already transferred, please send us proof of payment via our contact form so that we can close the process on our end.
How do I get an invoice copy?
If you have a customer account, you can download your invoice there at any time.
If you are a guest customer or need an older invoice, simply contact us via our contact form or by phone, and we will gladly send you the requested invoice.
